Terms of Service.

The flowers and foliage used to create all of our bouquets and displays are personally chosen and hand picked from us and other local flowers farmers and growers in and around Sussex. 

On some occasions there may be the inclusion of imported flowers from Holland via a Sussex based wholesaler. This is usually if  certain UK flowers aren’t available locally or if there is a particular request for a flower or foliage that isn’t in season.

Some popular products such as berries, certain flower types, foliage and plants may be poisonous and or harmful. We will however always indicate if this is the case and such items have been used in our bouquets or displays. However, we would advise to keep the arrangements away from children and pets were necessary. For further information regarding particular flower & foliage types, or if you have a specific request about a certain flower type, please contact us before submitting an order.

All our products, flowers and foliage will be subject to availability. If the event should arise that there are any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product (flowers and foliage) of the equivalent value without any further notice. 

PAYMENTS

Full payments for bouquets and displays are to be made at the time of ordering either online or face to face in our studio.

WORKSHOPS & COURSES

  • A 25% non- refundable deposit is required to book your place on any of our workshops and courses outside 4 weeks of course start date.

  • Full payment for all workshops and courses must then be received 4 weeks before the course starts (unless an alternative payment plan has been previously agreed with Floral Salvage in advance)

  • We cannot guarantee you place on any of our workshops until full payment has been made.

CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

  • If you cancel your course up-to 8 weeks before the course start date, you will be entitled to a full refund. However your 25% deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you cancel within 4 weeks of the course start date, you will be entitled to a 50% refund, excluding your 25% deposit.

  • If you cancel within 2 weeks of the course start date, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, subject to availability and at our (Floral Salvage’s) discretion, we may be able to transfer your fees over to another workshop or course on a later date.

CANCELLATIONS BY US

  • Should we (Floral Salvage) have to cancel a course, we shall endeavor to give you at least one weeks notice in advance.

  • All of our courses have a minimum attendance of 4 people and if this is not met, classes and workshops would be cancelled and you would receive a refund.

  • Should a workshop or course be re- scheduled to another date due to circumstances beyond Floral Salvage’s control, all students will be offered alternative dates to re- study. Refunds would not be given at this time.

NON- ATTENDANCE

  • If you are unable to attend a workshop or course due to illness ore personal/ professional circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, additional tuition  in the form of alternative course dates will be offered and discussed. If you are unable to personally attend a  workshop or course, your place cannot be transferred to another person.

ATTENDANCE

  • All of our workshops and courses will start promptly at the times given and advertised. If you are late, or unable to complete a class, you will not be entitled to a refund.
